For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, the processing time is the first business day following.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are processed and delivered to HepsiJet Kargo on the first business day following.

- Due to return policies, exchanges or returns cannot be made for underwear and swimwear products, except in cases of missing or faulty items.
